  • End of tenancy cleaning
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
  • Window cleaning services

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Booking Process

  • Services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email
  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • We will confirm your booking within 24 hours
  • Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee
  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

  • Prices are quoted based on property size, service type, and frequency
  • All prices include VAT where applicable
  • Prices may be adjusted for additional services or difficult conditions
  • We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • Recurring services may be billed monthly in advance

5. Customer Responsibilities

7. Quality Guarantee

  • We guarantee satisfaction with our services
  • If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours
  • We will return to address any issues at no extra charge
  • Our guarantee covers workmanship, not pre-existing conditions

8. Insurance and Liability

8.1 Insurance Coverage

  • We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance
  • All staff members are bonded and insured
  • Equipment and vehicles are fully insured

8.2 Liability Limitations

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear
  • Customers must report any damage within 24 hours
  • We are not responsible for items left unsecured

9. Health and Safety

  • We follow all relevant health and safety regulations
  • We use eco-friendly cleaning products where possible
  • Staff are trained in proper chemical handling
  • We maintain Material Safety Data Sheets for all products

10. Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and confidentiality
  • Staff sign confidentiality agreements
  • We do not share customer information with third parties
  • Security codes and access information are kept secure

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice:

  • Regular services require 7 days' notice
  • We may terminate services for non-payment
  • We may refuse service for safety or legal reasons
  • Termination does not affect outstanding payments

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • We aim to resolve disputes amicably and quickly
  • Formal complaints should be made in writing
  • Disputes will be governed by UK law
  • Legal proceedings must be brought in UK courts

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website and to existing customers via email.
